Our Mission and Values
At Charles E. Murray American Legion Post 186, our mission is to enhance the well-being of America’s veterans, their families, our military, and our communities through our devotion to mutual helpfulness.
Our vision, “Veterans Strengthening America,” reflects our commitment to this mission.
The core values of The American Legion guide us:
- A Veteran is a Veteran: We embrace all current and former military members and endeavor to help them transition into their communities.
